Angela Clarke

Born in Liverpool in 1969, Angela Clarke (born 1969 in Liverpool, Lancashire) is an English actress best known for her roles in the TV series Soldier Soldier, Brookside, Coronation Street, Liverpool 1, The Bill, Pie in the Sky and Casualty. Her films credits include Letter to Brezhnev, Blonde Fist, Dancin' Thru The Dark, Land and Freedom and Bernard and the Genie. She is the younger sister of actress Margi Clarke , with whom she starred alongside in Letter to Brezhnev and Blonde Fist, and the screenwriter Frank Clarke (who wrote Letter to Brezhnev). Like her brother, Angela is also a writer, penning the BBC1 sitcom Eyes Down from 2003-2004.
