Sabi Mehboob, un 'millennial' de género fluido, se siente en transición en todos los aspectos de su vida, desde el género hasta el amor, la sexualidad, la familia y el trabajo. Acaba de romper con su novio, evita a su madre por miedo a que lo rechace y la familia para la que trabaja como niñera le acaba de comunicar que ya no la necesitan. Es entonces cuando su mejor amiga 7ven le ofrece marcharse con ella a Berlín para empezar de cero. Pero la madre de la familia entra en coma por un grave accidente y Sabi decide quedarse para seguir cuidando de los niños, provocando que sus demonios personales empiecen a cambiar (más o menos).
