Un grupo de humanos mutantes tienen como misión buscar y proteger a los supermutantes. En su momento, los supermutantes fueron creados por el gobierno pero su existencia corre peligro a manos de los mismos científicos gubernamentales que los crearon. Uno de los científicos responsables de los supermutantes, Adam, ha jurado ayudarles e intentar interceder por ellos.
