El Lago: Un nuevo comienzo (Temporada 2)

Justin se acaba de divorciar de su esposo por lo que decide volver a su ciudad de origen luego de un largo tiempo y al momento de regresar cree que es una buena idea reunirse con su hija que dio en adopción, Billie, pues busca enmendar su relación como padre con ella. Además los padres adoptivos de Billie le han pedido su ayuda para que pase tiempo con ella, ya que ellos tienen un viaje importante y no pueden llevarla. Para el verano cree que es una gran idea ir a la casa de cabaña familiar para así poderle mostrar a Billie más sobre su trasfondo familiar, la infancia que Justin tuvo y todas las actividades asombrosas que hacía cuando era pequeño. Cuando llega a la cabaña familiar, se da cuenta que su hermanastra, Maisy-May, es ahora la dueña de su hogar, ya que el padre de ambos ha decidido dejársela como herencia; esto provocará que Justin busque la forma de arrebatarle la propiedad, pues cree injusto que ella sea la absoluta propietaria.
