Threesome es una comedia sobre tres amigos inseparables al borde de la 30. Alice (Amy Huberman) vive con su novio Mitch (Stephen Wight) y su mejor amigo gay Richie (Emun Elliot). Juntos forman tres vértices de un improbable triángulo, viviendo, riendo y divirtiéndose juntos. Tras una gran noche de juerga, acaban haciendo un imprevisto trío que acaba en un embarazo aún más imprevisto.
