Posteriormente se unirían a la familia Seven, un hijo adoptado. Los Bundy viven en Chicago y, aunque no podría afirmarse que se aprecien particularmente, siempre se mantienen juntos. Tal y como el mismo Al Bundy explica: "Amor, odio... mira, somos una familia, ¿cuál es la diferencia?".
