Partners es una comedia que trata sobre un bromance de por vida entre Joe y Louis, dos arquitectos que han sido amigos durante casi toda su vida. Ahora son socios comerciales y poseen su propia pequeña firma de arquitectura. Joe es muy racional y sensato, sigue su cabeza sobre su corazón, a veces en detrimento de sus relaciones. Joe está recién comprometido con Ali, un hermoso diseñador de joyas que saca lo mejor de él. Louis, en contraste con Joe, es apasionado, franco y tiende a exagerar para expresar su punto. El nombre de la pareja de Louis es Wyatt, y es un enfermero vegano que habla con suavidad y es demasiado comprensivo.
