Ben 10 cuenta las aventuras de Ben Tennyson, un niño normal de diez años que descubre en sus vacaciones de verano un extraño reloj extraterrestre dentro de un meteorito que chocó contra la Tierra. Ben pronto se da cuenta de que este reloj no es un aparato cualquiera, sino el artefacto alienígena mas poderoso del Universo, el Omnitrix. Este reloj le permite transformarse en diez seres extraterrestres distintos sin perder su personalidad, aunque eventualmente sería capaz de desbloquear nuevos alienígenas. Ahora, con la ayuda del Omnitrix, Ben, junto a su prima Gwen y a su abuelo Max combatirán un sinfín de villanos, asegurando que este verano sea sin duda "el mejor verano de la historia". En 2008 se estrenó una segunda serie que continúa la historia de esta primera, "Ben 10: Alien Force".
