La nueva comedia de Showtime, Happyish, gira en torno a Payne, un hombre de 42 años que se enfrenta a su propia obsolescencia en el que se sumerge después de que la agencia de publicidad para la que trabajaba fuera vendida. Tendrá que luchar contra los males modernos que se interponen en su camino de su búsqueda de la felicidad ya que trabajará con unos chicos que tienen la mitad de edad que él, además de que su mujer busque algo más aparte que, quizás, él no le puede dar.
