Blunt Talk gira en torno a Walter Blunt (Patrick Stewart), un presentador británico de noticias que se traslada a Los Angeles para comenzar un nuevo proyecto, un programa de entrevistas en el que el locutor pretende impartir, además, su sabiduría y su opinión sobre cómo deberían vivir su vida los estadounidenses.
