Imaginary Mary es una serie de televisión del género de comedia que se centra en la vida de Alice, una independiente y apasionada mujer de carrera cuya vida se empieza a poner de patas arriba cuando conoce al amor de su vida, un padre divorciado con tres hijos. Esto desencadena aún más conmoción cuando, al mismo tiempo, la mejor amiga imaginaria que creó en su cabeza cuando era niña vuelva a hacerle visitas. Su amiga, entonces, la ayudará a pasar por un etapa de transición entre su vida como soltera y su vida como una mujer de familia. Jenna Elfman (Dharma y Greg) protagoniza esta serie junto a Stephen Schneider (Broad City) y Rachel Dratch (Saturday Night Live), quien brinda su voz a Mary, la criatura imaginaria que acompaña a Alice. Además, el reparto lo conforman nombres como Nicholas Coombe, Matreya Scarrwener, Erica Trembay, entre otros. Esta comedia que mezcla acción real con efectos digitales, está producida por Adam F. Goldberg y David Guarascio, quienes firman el guión de esta ficción. Doug Robinson, de la compañía Happy Madison, también actúa como productor ejecutivo.
