Campamento Wawanakwa una vez más. Trae de vuelta a 14 antiguos concursantes; 7 de World Tour y 7 de La Venganza de la Isla. Los personajes se dividen en equipos, según sus actuaciones en temporadas anteriores; si eran malos o buenos. Total Drama Pahkitew Island trae un elenco completamente nuevo de 14 concursantes. Tiene lugar en una nueva isla, llamada Isla Pahkitew. Los personajes se dividen en dos equipos: Waneyihtam Maskwak y Pimâpotew Kinosewak, ambos en idioma Cree que significan osos confundidos y salmón flotante, respectivamente.
