Elisa Gaona (Irene Azuela), Salvador García (Luis Arrieta) y Natalia Velazco (Marianna Burelli) son los nuevos reclutas de la central de la cruz roja mexicana, en donde se enfrentarán a todo tipo de dificultades y problemas con su nuevo trabajo.
