Esta serie Neo-Futuristica de Ciencia ficción y Suspenso toma lugar en el Año 2061 cuando un nuevo y mejor sistema de información llamado The Material Network o Mejor dicho (Metal) ha tomado la sociedad humana. Este sistema comienza a tener problemas debido a individuos que se oponen la sistema. Unas personas llamadas "Cyber Divers" son enviados a investigar estos incidentes. La Protagonistas principales consisten en Mari un Cyber Diver, una chica llamada Minamo, el encargado del equipo Eiichir?, el experto en combates S?ta y el Androide Horon.

Kushima's consciousness then contacts Haru and explains that the ocean itself will replace the functionality of Metal via the salt water in the human body. Haru, restored to his younger self, is safely returned to the surface, where he reunites with Minamo.
