Tormented by his memories, the writer Kostantis Manolopoulos takes stock of his life. Lost loves, old enmities, secret desires outline the Greece of the '50s, a Greece full of mothers, aunts, friends, enemies who share their lives in the neighborhoods, in the cafes and in the brothels.
