戦国時代を舞台に少年忍者と妖魔との戦いを描く。楠桂の同名漫画のＯＶＡ劇場公開版で、脚本は「超神伝説 うろつき童子」の会川昇が執筆。監督は安濃高志、撮影監督は「ドミニオン ＤＯＭＩＮＩＯＮ」の安津畑隆がそれぞれ担当。主題歌は、辛島美登里（「未来へのプロローグ」）。
