数々の強敵との死闘を経て成長した刃牙は、地上最強の生物と言われる父・範馬勇次郎との対決の時が熟しつつあった。そして、勇次郎と闘う前のなスパーリング相手として、まずはMr.アンチェインこと、ビスケット・オリバと闘おうと考える。オリバが現在いる場所は、通称「ブラックペンタゴン」と呼ばれる、凶悪な犯罪者たちが集められた刑務所。刃牙はオリバと闘うために、ブラックペンタゴンに自ら収監されるが、そこにはオリバは勿論、他にも超弩級の猛者たちが待ち構えていた!!
