｢A.D.ポリス｣の番外編にあたるOVAシリーズを劇場用に再構成。西暦2034年、｢亜人｣ブーマと人間とが共生する東京。その一方で、ブーマを売春や破壊活動の道具として使う犯罪も急増。その事件を解決するためにADポリスは特殊任務組織＂ブランチ＂を構成。ブランチの活躍を3話オムニバス構成で描く。
