大学時代に繊維の研究をしていた“繊維オタク”の時田繭子（桐谷美玲）。繊維メーカーに就職を希望するも、ひょんなことから、銀座にあるオーダーメードの高級下着メーカー“emotion”で働くことに！そこでは、創業25年にして日本のランジェリー業界を引っ張るアイコン的存在のemotion社長・南上マユミのもと、一流ブランドをしょって立つスタッフたちがそれぞれの仕事にプライドを持って働いていた。田舎から出てきた繭子は、自分の人生で接したことのない価値観に戸惑いながらも、次第にこの仕事に魅せられ、周りに助けられながら成長していく――。
