仮面ライダーシリーズ生誕45周年記念企画の一環として、2017年公開の映画『仮面ライダー×スーパー戦隊 超スーパーヒーロー大戦』の登場キャラクター『仮面戦隊ゴライダー』をメインに据えて描いたスピンオフ作品。平成仮面ライダーシリーズ第18作目『仮面ライダーエグゼイド』の第23話と第24話の間に起こった出来事を描き、これまで過去のライダー作品の中で死んでいった、もしくは人ならざる存在となったライダーたちがオリジナルキャストで再登場、謎の戦隊・ゴライダーを巡る争いに巻き込まれていきます。
