近未来、高度に発達したAIは人間社会を支える存在となり、人間（コンコード）とAI（コードマン）がタッグを組んで戦うカードゲーム「ゼノンザード」が流行していた。 ある日、高校生・東蒼汰は、AIであるアイリエッタ・ラッシュとともにタッグを組むはめになる。彼の初戦の相手は同じ学校の西園寺紫音が務めることとなった。

While spirits are high for the upcoming world tournament, The Zenon, a mediocre high school student, Azuma Souta, is challenged by a mysterious woman, Irietta Rush, to play Zenonzard. Her aim is to reveal her true nature and participate in The Zenon.
