Президент Василий Голобородько у власти уже почти полгода. Экономическая ситуация в стране ухудшилась, цены растут, национальная валюта обесценивается. Кредит народного доверия к Президенту стремительно падает. Для стабилизации ситуации в стране Голобородько необходимо получить финансовую помощь МВФ в размере 15 миллиардов евро, которую могут предоставить, если в Украине будут введены реформы и приняты анти коррупционные законы. Однако Верховная Рада, которой тайно руководят олигархи, блокирует голосование по пакету этих законов. Чтобы реализовать свои планы, Президент отправляется в поездки по Украине. Он побывает в Харькове, Одессе, Запорожье и во Львове. Его ждет большое количество приключений, испытаний и даже преследования «титушек».
