Like-List offers a tipping feature that allows users to send monetary tips (donations) to other users on the platform. This Tipping Policy (the "Policy") governs the use of the tipping feature on Like-List and applies to all users who send or receive tips.

You may not request or solicit tips in exchange for content that violates our Terms of Service or community guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content that promotes illegal activities
- Content that contains hate speech or discriminatory material
- Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens others
- Spam or misleading content
4.2. Fraudulent Activities
You may not use the tipping feature to engage in fraudulent activities, including:
- Creating fake accounts to send or receive tips

You may not send tips to yourself or use multiple accounts to send tips to your own account. Such activities are considered fraudulent and may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not coerce, manipulate, or pressure other users into sending tips. Tips must be given voluntarily and without any form of coercion or manipulation.

All users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the tipping feature, including but not limited to:
- Anti-money laundering (AML) laws
- Anti-corruption laws
- Tax laws and regulations
- Financial services regulations
- Consumer protection laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the tipping feature complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Tax Obligations
Important: Receiving tips may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for:
- Determining your tax obligations related to tips received
- Reporting tips as income to the appropriate tax authorities
- Paying all applicable taxes, fees, and charges related to tips received
- Maintaining accurate records of all tips received
Like-List does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations related to tips received.
Like-List may be required to report tip transactions to tax authorities in certain jurisdictions. By using the tipping feature, you consent to such reporting where required by law.
7. Payment Processing
Tips are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other providers) that users configure in their tipping settings. Like-List does not process payments directly.
By using the tipping feature, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor you choose. Like-List is not responsible for:
- Payment processing errors or delays
- Disputes between users and payment processors
- Fraudulent transactions processed by payment processors
- Refunds or chargebacks handled by payment processors
8. Voluntary Nature of Tips
Tips are completely voluntary. Users are under no obligation to send tips, and tips do not guarantee any specific content, services, or benefits in return.
Tips are considered gifts or donations and are not payments for goods or services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sending a tip does not create any contractual obligation between the sender and receiver.
9. Platform Disclaimer
Like-List provides the tipping feature as a tool to facilitate voluntary monetary transactions between users. However, Like-List:
- Does not guarantee that you will receive tips or any specific amount of tips
- Is not responsible for the success or failure of any tipping transaction
- Does not endorse or verify the quality, accuracy, or legality of content for which tips are given
- Is not liable for disputes between users regarding tips
- Does not provide refunds for tips sent through the platform
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Like-List reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the tipping feature if you violate this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in suspicious or fraudulent tipping activities.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to tips that have not yet been processed or transferred to your payment account. Like-List is not responsible for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.
11. Reporting Violations
If you believe that a user is violating this Tipping Policy, please report it to us through our contact page. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating accounts.
When reporting violations, please provide as much information as possible, including:
- The username of the user violating the policy
- A description of the violation
- Screenshots or other evidence of the violation
- Any relevant transaction details
