Моз - мелкий торговец легкими наркотиками в Салфорде, пригороде Манчестера. Все действие происходит в квартире Моза, через которую проходит бесконечная череда визитеров: друг детства полицейский (одновременно основной поставщик), симпатичные девчонки, которым срочно нужно покурить, но у них нет денег, подающий надежды диджей (пока не стал звездой, продает лампочки в универмаге), пришибленный хиппи, гламурный гей со спутниками (кстати, он является автором сценария и создателем идеи сериала) и многие другие не менее симпатичные персонажи. Название сериала в оригинале звучит как "I deal" или "Я барыжу".
