Сериал повествует о «другой» жизни Англии, жизни людей сходящих или уже сошедших с ума: невротиков, маньяков, извращенцев, террористов, убийц, педофилов, продавцов плутония, расистов и пр. Сериал выполнен в интересной анимации, создающей впечатление скупости и безразличности, различной для разных сцен и персонажей без политкорректности и деликатности, с элементами острой сатиры. При этом особенностью анимации является то, что её стиль меняется с каждой сценкой сериала, создавая впечатление, что каждый эпизод рисовали различные в своих предпочтениях мультипликаторы.
