Так после 10000 лет заключения освобождается злая и могущественная волшебница Рита Репульса (Рита Отвратительная). Она тут же возводит себе на Луне дворец, создает армию из отвратительных Патрулей, и решает захватить Землю. В этом ей помогают ее помощники — тупоумные Скватт и Бабу, злобный Голдар, и старый ученый-маг Финстер.
