Когда-то, существовало место, оплот культуры и религии, Тугенкёу ("Шангри-Ла"), где люди и демоны жили в гармонии. Но внезапно, демоны впали в беспричинную ярость, начали нападать на людей, и собирались воскресить Гюу-Ма-Оу - демона, с головой быка, отвергшего сосуществование с людьми из-за неуёмной жажды человеческой плоти. Поэтому буддийский монах, Генджо Санзо, был призван в Храм Заходящего Солнца в Чжоу-Ан, где получил приказ от бодхисатвы Гуаньинь объединиться с тремя демонами: Гоку, Годжо, Хаккаем, и отправиться в Западные Земли, в Тендзику, чтобы предотвратить возрождение Короля демонов и восстановить утраченное равновесие между миром людей и демонов на Земле.

Описание: Sanjo Genzo and his motley crew, Sha Goyjo, Cho Hakkai, and Son Goku, are once again en route to India when they meet Horan, a young woman fleeing a monster that proves unusually difficult to kill. To thank them for her rescue, Horan invites the quartet back to the extravagant palace of her "master," Go Dogan. After a sumptuous dinner that delights Goku, the wanders retire to their rooms, where they're visited by murderous doppelgangers of each other. Naturally, Sanjo discovers the source of the evil and dispatches Dogan with a little assistance from his companions.
