Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza is an improvisational comedy television program that aired in the United States on the Game Show Network. The program was hosted by Drew Carey from CBS's The Price Is Right and former host of ABC's Whose Line Is It Anyway? and was produced at the Hollywood Theatre at the MGM Grand in Paradise, Nevada.

Colin and Ryan do a scene about Nurses, and when inspiration strikes Bob hears a dialogue that's a song title he'll play and that person will perform that song. Drew and Colin perform a scene which Jeff conducts and gets help from the audience for different of genres for Drew and Colin to do, he'll yell freeze and they scene will resume in another Ryan conducts the last game with Drew, Greg, Ryan, Colin, Chip and special guest star Charlie Sheen in which they tell a story collectively by starting with one person and they have to continue where that person left off.

Drew and Kathy play a game and Jeff goes to the audience for ideas for style of theatre, film and television for them to the scene but in different styles. Brad and Ryan play a game called Playbooks, Chip gives Ryan a book which containes all of his lines and Brad has to improvise his lines during the entire scene.
