Сюжет рассказывает о сыне ученого, Чейзе Суно, обеспокоенным внезапным исчезновением отца. Его отец, как и полагается гениальному ученому, сделал едва ли не величайшее открытие в истории. Ему удалось выяснить, что погубило динозавров и на основе этого создать субстанцию «Монсуно» — новую форму жизни, сочетавшую в себе несколько различных элементов ДНК динозавров и животных. Мальчик решил отправиться в его лабораторию и выяснить, что случилось. Там он узнает, что разработками отца всерьез заинтересовалось правительство. Однако отец оставил Чейзу сюрприз — одного из созданных им монстров по имени Рок, который готов защитить мальчика от любых опасностей. Теперь Чейзу нужно отыскать отца и не дать человечеству повторить судьбу динозавров.

When they arrive the city is in the midst of a hurricane and the are moved to an underground storm shelter, while in the shelter the same fisherman recognizes the core on Chase's hip and tells them about the wild core, how he survived the sinking of his ship, and how he spotted a S.T.O.R.M. air ship before swimming to shore. Chase then decides to go and stop S.T.O.R.M. from getting their hands on the core and destroying the city in the process.
