Сериал повествует о приключениях 13-летнего мальчика по имени Мэнни Ривера в вымышленном мексиканском городе под названием Чудо-город. Отец Мэнни — супергерой Белая Пантера, дед — суперзлодей Пума Локо. Сам Мэнни владеет волшебным ремнём, крутанув пряжку которого, он превращается в Эль Тигре — существо, наделённое сверхспособностями.
