События вращаются вокруг наркобарона Ферри Бумана, который установил незаконный оборот наркотиков между Нидерландами и Бельгией. Несмотря на свое богатство, он предпочитает жить в летнем домике недалеко от своей виллы, где обычно крутит темные дела. Ферри кажется безопасным для властей, но бельгийская и голландская полиция объединяют усилия, чтобы наконец поймать виновного и остановить контрабанду запрещенных веществ.
