Yi Tianxing swore to rescue his master, Sun Wukong, who had been imprisoned beneath a mountain for five centuries. After enduring countless hardships, he finally cultivated into an immortal himself and journeyed to the Six Divine Shrines to petition for a royal pardon decree. Yet, he only then discovered that his master's imprisonment had been part of a grand, ancient conspiracy orchestrated by Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism from the very beginning.
