Beast Wars Tranformers là bộ phim nói về cuộc chiến của Autobot với Deception ở tương lai. Khi mà đội quân của Autobot dành chiến thắng ở The Great War Megatron và đồng bọn của hắn đánh cắp The Golden Disk thoát khỏi Cybertron trên con tàu Darktray để âm mưu thay đổi cục diện cuộc chiến. Đứng trước sự an nguy đó hậu duệ của Autobot là Optimus Primal đã lên đường truy tìm và 2 chiến cơ chiến đấu với nhau cùng mắc kẹt tại một hành tinh xa lạ và ở đó.
