- API Openlibrary (free usage without limitations)
- Google APIs (paid usage, monthly request limitations)
- Rawg.io (paid usage, monthly request limitations)
3.1.2. Your usage of APIs is subject to additional terms provided by the respective providers. Please read through those terms.
4. Premium Subscription and Features for Paid Users
4.1. Premium Subscription Rules
4.1.1. Paid users receive the following benefits:
- No advertisements.
- Ability to create their own collections.
- Additional category and styling customization.
- Managing blogs and exchanging recommendations.
4.1.2. Terms of the paid subscription, including cost and duration, are specified on the "Premium Subscription" page of the Service.
5. Assistance to the Internet Archive
5.1. By using our resource, you also contribute to the development of the Internet Archive.
All books added by you that are not in Openlibrary will be provided by entering information into this archive.
6. Responsibility for Posted Materials
6.1. We are not responsible for the content and nature of the materials that users add to their recommendations and profiles.
Users are responsible for posting information in accordance with applicable laws and rules.
7. Politeness and Discussion Moderation
7.1. We ask users to be polite and respectful in discussions.
We reserve the right to close access to discussions for users who repeatedly violate the rules, including rudeness, spam, and other unwanted actions.
8. Disclaimer
8.1. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information provided through APIs.
9. Termination of the Agreement
9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time at our discretion.
Your use of the Service may be terminated for violating this Agreement.
10. This platform cannot be used as a political platform
10.1. A political platform means calls for politically motivated action. Calls to vote for someone, calls to oppress one or ridicule another group of people.
10.2. We urge users to be more responsible about what you write and publish in the public space. Words are tools that you need to know how to use.
10.3. You can write about collections about a particular event, but try to be as objective as possible.
10.4. The platform is not responsible for the words of users.
10.5. For violating the rule of condition 10.1, we will be forced to restrict your access to some of the platform's functionality, up to and including completely or partially blocking your account.
