神秘博士:幕后揭秘 (季节 1)

《神秘博士:幕后揭秘》是由英国广播公司制作的纪录片系列，用以补充长青科幻电视剧《神秘博士》的复兴。每集在BBC三号频道周六播出，紧随BBC一号频道每周电视剧集播出之后。前两季的时长为30分钟，第三季延长至45分钟。BBC三号频道还播出了一个缩短版节目，时长15分钟，在周日和周五的重播之后以及早期季节工作日晚上的重播之后播出。该节目被描述为关注系列中的人性元素，通过剪辑和采访演员、制作团队以及其他参与过该电视剧多年存在的人，展示《神秘博士》制作幕后的镜头。《神秘博士:幕后揭秘》的每一集都涉及不同的主题，在大多数情况下都会提到之前一集的《神秘博士》。还有两集《神秘博士:幕后揭秘》是在《神秘博士》剧集播出之外播出的：2006年11月，一集题为“音乐与怪物”的特别节目在电视音乐会幕后制作，作为当年“儿童慈善”呼吁的一部分；2009年1月3日，播出了一集特别节目，宣布选定扮演第十一任博士的演员。
