本作以校风严格的名门进学男子高中“开明学院”为舞台，学校规定学生只能学习，禁止一切恋爱和娱乐。纲启永饰演担任了学生会长及猜谜研究会会长的精英男高中生凤启介，他是学生的模范和领袖，把人生的一切都献给了学习，然而他偶然遇到的一位美少女却让他萌生的恋爱之心，令他开启了单相思。本田响矢，一之濑亘，若林时英，突然出现哥饰演凤在猜谜研究会的伙伴们，他们担心恋爱脑上身的凤，拼命阻止凤的恋爱。
