电视剧《私人诊所》是ABC热门剧《实习医生格蕾》的衍生剧。故事发生在阳光普照的加利福尼亚，故事主线也和原始剧集大相径庭，《实习医生格蕾》中的妇科医生Addison在对前夫与情人双双失望之后，加盟老友Naomi的私人诊所，希望在这里抚平创伤，开始新生活。
