赤射！！
卡邦消灭魔空後成为了银河巡逻队的队长，而伊贺电就被任命为地球地区的宇宙刑事。此时在地球出现了新的宇宙犯罪组织魔道，伊贺电为了宇宙和平，而与实力强大的魔道展开激战。在战斗中，伊贺电开始发现自己出生的秘密,在搜查的同时,魔道亦不断进行破坏。随着宇宙刑事卡邦的活跃，宇宙犯罪组织魔空党被彻底摧毁，宇宙得到了暂时的和平。但是，虽然魔空覆灭了，宇宙仍然存在着各类以称霸全宇宙为目的地犯罪组织。其中一个就是以幻梦界为据点的犯罪组织魔道党。过去被卡邦所救的伊贺电，接受了巴德星的特训，并顺利成为地球下一任宇宙刑事沙利邦。面对着新的宇宙犯罪组织，年轻的宇宙刑事沙利邦在不断的战斗中得到了磨练而成长，并渐渐查清楚了自己的真正身世……
