特异现象阿尔加农与超生命体进化人的出现，是生态革命的开始…… 萤汰的高中来了一个转学生，她是萤汰青梅竹马，也是曾不断出现在萤汰不可思议梦境中的美少女-火乃纪。然而火乃纪突然呼叫出一架名为觉醒人1号的机器人，并搭上它直奔发生大屠杀事件的地下游乐场。 在什么都不知道的情况下，迷路到了这个游乐场的萤汰，在这里遇见了火乃纪。萤汰也搭上了觉醒人，突然之间出现了一群袭击他们的异形，就快打赢的时候，在他们眼前出现了一架巨大机器人，而觉醒人在这个时候竟然因为达到活动界限，而完全动不了……
