《BUS GAMER》(中文译名-玩命游戏),故事讲述了美柴鸨、中条伸人、齐藤一雄 这三位男主角在互相不清楚对方来历的情况下，组成了三人小组，而这三人组的任务是只要在一种游戏里保持胜利就可以。游戏的规则很简单，实行三对三，即6个人参赛。 比赛的两支队伍被分为“AWAY”和“HOME”；内容为抢夺对方手里的磁盘，“AWAY”队则必须待在比赛地点的外面，主要负责进攻。“HOME”队正好相反，只能待在比赛地点里面（比如一栋大楼里），进行防守。当鸨他们取得七连胜的时候，比赛的真相也逐渐暴露出来。输掉比赛的队伍里的人会被处理掉（就是被杀掉= =），另一方面，越来越多的公司宣布破产倒闭，三人敏感地觉察到，他们每次抢夺的磁盘里装着的就是雇佣自己的公司的最高商业机密，而更糟糕的是，他们无法中途退出了，只有一直赢下去。
