故事主角是从小被称为神童的高二学生“胜改藏”，由于小时后在公园玩时，被玩伴一脚从高处踢到地上，从此精神就出现了问题。直到高中的某日，他被校园中科学部同学的人体模型撞到昏倒，醒来时因看见科学部的同学而深信自己已被改造成改造人，也展开了跟原天才补习班成员“战斗”的每一天。
