80年代中期的动画片爱好者热衷的高桥阳一让原作的少年足球动画《足球小将》。那个TV版的广播结束约3年后形成的续篇的方案的OVA系列。人物设计，TV版也冈迫亘弘担任了。 全日本Jr .青年成员选了少年·大空翼。但是他初中生大会上负伤尾巴，并且欧洲远征不能参加伙伴送行而来。那样的翅膀见上导演两周后的国际Jr .青年大会之前调理身体尽量传达了。岬太郎翼的黄金搭档，才是真正意义上的胜利的关键。另一方面，猛虎的别名日向小次郎等人全日本的成员第一战中我们西德汉堡和冲突施奈德。足球的发源地汉堡进一步硬手的若源三了，所以全日本陷入苦战……
