飞天猪的故事围绕著一名叫国分果林的少女。她是一名普通得来又很开朗活泼、友善，但是又很冒失的初中女生。在上学的第一天果林饿着肚子救了一只小猪。它给了果林一个猪型镜盒。当果林念出咒语“爱心猪唛”之后，镜盒会令她变成超级女英雄宝妮...... 但是，事情从此便变得有异于常。果林变的并不是一个服饰新奇的女侠，而是一头粉红色的飞天肥猪！宝妮的任务就是如超人一般四处飞帮助别人。除镜盒外，果林还得到一个会出珍珠的贝壳。只要果林集齐 108 粒珍珠，她就可以变身成为任何她喜欢的女英雄。果林喜欢这个承诺，而她亦尽心尽力地帮助人，希望可以尽快成为电视所见那种超级有型女英雄。 除此之外飞天猪的故事也围绕著果林的一班朋友，以及他们的校园生活。他们混在一起的时候常常会爆出一些很“猪”的笑料！
