本剧讲述的是担任大型企业的法律顾问，隶属于六本木法律事务所的红人女律师·美铃凛花的故事。她美如其名在律师界颇有影响力，因其插手父亲失踪一案而被“Gorgeous”开除，后来她开始就职于父亲在歌舞伎町经营的律师事务所。 自认为与六本木豪华世界中相称的凛花，极其厌恶歌舞伎町而她将要面对的却是：起诉跟踪狂的陪酒女、有杀人嫌疑的牛郎等等从来没有接触过的人们。 接受自己毫无经验领域的委托的凛花和事务所的牛岛以及后辈小兰，尽管再迷茫他们也合力直面挫折，共同帮助有困难的委托人。
