The management company of a brand-new apartment complex is clearly failing to fulfill its responsibilities. A proactive resident, Lyubov, a mother of two who moved into the apartment after a divorce, takes matters into her own fragile hands, hoping to make things better for everyone. However, instead of support or gratitude from the residents, the self-proclaimed manager is met with condemnation.
