Ted, Jilly y Tina son unos jóvenes que junto a su perro Goober se dedican a la caza y captura de todo tipo de malhechores y fantasmas. Lo curioso es como Goober cada vez que tiene miedo, se hace invisible dejando ver sólo su gorra roja. La serie siguíó la misma fórmula que Scooby-Doo, lo cual fue altamente acertada y aclamado por el público.
