Go, Diego, Go! es una serie animada para niños en edad preescolar, serie secuela de Dora, la exploradora. Se estrenó dentro del bloque Nick Jr. por primera vez el 7 de abril del 2005. La serie se centra en un niño bilingüe de ocho años que ayuda a animales en peligro, la mayoría en bosques tropicales. Diego está acompañado de un jaguar llamado "Bebé Jaguar", su mejor amigo. Diego es el primo de Dora la exploradora, por lo que esta aparece en algunos episodios. Diego también tiene una hermana de 11 años llamada Alicia, que es experta en computadoras.
