Popular telecomedia de los años ochenta que narra las aventuras de Philip Drummond (Conrad Bain), un millonario de Nueva York que vive en un lujoso apartamento de Park Avenue y que adopta y cría a dos chicos afroamericanos (Gary Coleman y Todd Bridges). El hombre, además, tiene una hija de rizos rubios y actitud angelical llamada Kimberly (Dana Plato). Los cuatro personajes protagonizaron una de las sitcoms con mayor éxito en los Estados Unidos y en el mundo entero.
