La serie transcurre en Boston, en torno a una firma de apasionados abogados para los que cada caso es importante y cada cliente se merece su mayor esfuerzo hasta el final. Su mejor arma es la maniobra legal, utilizando hasta los más recónditos aspectos del complejo y garantista sistema legal americano, haciendo creibles hasta los argumentos más peregrinos.
