Contraataque (Temporada 5)

Narra la historia de un soldado, John Porter, destinado en Iraq en 2003 que tras un conflicto en el que mueren varios compañeros se ve apartado del servicio. Tras 7 años alejado del ejército, John Porter se ofrece para ayudar, como agente al servicio del gobierno, en una misión en la que está implicado un antiguo compañero. Debido a su éxito (la BBC se hizo con los derechos de su emisión internacional) generó otra serie con nuevos protagonistas llamada "Strike Back: Project Dawn", siendo coproducida por el canal inglés Sky y el estadounidense Cinemax.
